I am a Mortgage & Protection Adviser and the Director of the company. I began Fidelity Mortgages Ltd in 2017, just expecting it to be a little work from home role whilst my children were still younger, but the company and my awesome team kept growing.

Within my job, I help people to buy their dream homes, re-mortgage their existing residential and buy to let properties. Along with this I consider how to best financially protect clients. Sadly, illness and accidents can happen to anyone at any time, we had first hand experience of this in 2022 with my daughter, who had a serious car accident less than a few miles from home (she is all better now thankfully).

Outside of work I love to watch films and series, I especially enjoy The Walking Dead and World War Z. I love a bit of karaoke – Wilson Phillips is mine and Liz’s signature song! Much to the despair of our husbands. I hope to help as many people as I can with their mortgage plans, and maybe also learn how to use a bow and arrow? To prepare for the impending zombie apocalypse. 

I have worked at Fidelity Mortgages since the 1st of November 2017 as an Administrator. Within my role, I am focused on working on all aspects of finance and solicitor’s updates.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and doggos, going to the cinema and eating out. At the moment I’m really looking forward to my two daughters’ weddings and child-minding my granddaughter.

I have worked as a Protection Adviser since October 2019. My role involves helping clients to find the best options for Life Cover, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection based on their mortgage and lifestyle wants and needs. In addition to this I also provide advice and help to clients in need of home insurance. 

I recently returned from maternity leave, so outside of work my time is mainly spent looking after my young daughter. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going for meals and on trips. I like to run, eat, sleep, be sociable and watch Netflix. .

Working as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, I find it incredibly rewarding to help people achieve their homeownership goals. I’ve always wanted a career where I could make a genuine difference in people’s lives. After experiencing the support of my own mortgage broker when buying my first home, I knew this was the path for me.

In my role, I help clients understand their borrowing potential, find the most suitable deals for their circumstances, and ensure they and their homes are protected from life’s unexpected events. 

My aim is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family, going to the theatre, and travelling the world. I’m currently saving for a big trip across Asia — I find exploring new places and cultures a great way to relax and create lasting memories
